Executive administration department

The main tasks of the Department are:

1. Implementation of measures aimed at improving of the efficiency of processing and archiving of documents within the framework of the tasks assigned to the service.

2. Organization of work with appeals of citizens.

3. Organization of the follow-up control over pursuance of documents.

4. Providing administrative and economic activities, transport and social services to create the favorable conditions of the Central office of the Service.

5. Providing organizational and technical events for conducting sessions of the Board of the Service.

6. Ensuring control over the execution of orders of the President of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

7. Organization of events in case of emergencies, coordination of work in terms of structure and staff in a special period; fire safety.
